Qualification |
•provide a clear copy of all your qualification certificates in Arabic or English. If the certificate is in another language, kindly attach a valid translation. •Provide all the qualifications and training required for the requested rank. For example, requesting to be classified as a senior specialist will require the provision of a bachelor's degree and a master's degree or equivalent based on SCFHS requirements. •If you hold a pre-bachelor's diploma, please attach a clear copy of your high school diploma or equivalent certificate. |
The qualification certificate must contain the following information: -Certificate date. -Graduation date. -Qualification title. -Specialty. |

Qualification Verification |
•provide a clear copy of the final verification report issued by the SCFHS-approved verification company for the certificate to be accredited. •For example, if you hold a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and a PhD, the PhD certificate is the one that must be verified. Exemptions from this requirement include: •Saudi applicants who have provided an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education for academic certificates obtained from Abroad. •Recognized qualifications awarded by academic or medical professional organizations within the Kingdom. |
The verification report must contain the following information: -Name. -Final result. -All pages of the report. -Serial number at the bottom of each page. |

Employer Identification Letter |
•provide a clear copy of an employment letter issued, signed, and stamped, by the Human Resources or equivalent department. Dated and indicating start date, specialty, and rank. |
If the letter fails to prove the specialty practice: •a job description may be required, including all job tasks. |

Experience Letter |
•For non-Saudis, provide a minimum of a one-year experience letter issued, signed, and stamped by the Human Resources or equivalent department, indicating your experience, specialty, and dates of practice. •Graduates of Saudi universities are exempt from this requirement. •Note: Experience is not required from Saudis; however, there should be no discontinuation of professional practice for more than 2 years. |

Medical Report passport |
•The Medical report is for applicants who are 65 years of age or older.. •For non-Saudis, provide a clear copy of your passport. |
•The medical report cannot be accepted from the applicant's workplace. |
